Nevada Mining Company LLC (NMC) is one of a consortium of affiliated companies that own and operate high-grade gold mines in the Western US. Our principals also control a publically traded  mining company which often particpates in the mining ventures. We have compiled an extensive team of industry professionals with succesful experience in all areas of gold exploration, feasibility, permitting, operations, financing and mine development.

 

We recognize that any precious metals investment has inherent risks and that there are limited options for the average accredited investor. These options are typically limited to mining company stocks, ETF's, coins and bulllion. Our "Hybrid" investment approach is unique in the industry and entitles an investor to receive physical gold directly from the mines after processing, and also benefit from the liquidity and leverage of owning publicly traded stock.

 

This hybrid approach has shown to be popular and succesful with our group of "friends and family" investors. We are now expanding the opportunity to the general public by accepting a limited number of qualified, accredited investors into the program.
