Investment dollars are spread among several permmitted, near term production mines as well as the public coproration. This creates the opportunity for multiple monetization possibilities, hence reducing the risk in comparison to a single mine investment.

Shares in the publically traded company provide the additional advantages of liquidity and upside leverage compared to a straight private equity mining investment.
RECEIVE PHYSICAL GOLD

Investors are entitled to receive their share of any profits from the private mine operations in physical gold. the opportunity. They may keep the gold in storage, and/or liquidate it at the time of their choosing for potential tax benefits.
ENHANCED INVESTMENT DOLLAR VALUE
An investor can diirectly share in the profits from the success of each mning project through the private equity side of the investment. The same anticipated success would be expected to add value to the public investment. The Investor invests in an in situ management team that is experienced and able to operate the mining projects and the publc corporation.
